Job Description / Responsibilities

• Candidates should have a strong follow-up skill to liquidate receivables and expired PBG obligations.
• Issuing Proforma Invoices and subsequent follow-up desired till collection of advance payments from customers.
• Should be competent to liaise with Bankers / Vendors / Customers in resolving the issues/queries, if any.
• Processing of Bank Guarantees and also processing their amendments, whenever required.
• Processing of all types of Domestic Payments.
• Processing of Statutory Payments.
• Processing of Foreign Currency Payments.
• Payment receipt reconciliations and providing inputs to Accounts for payment application in books.
• Receivables and follow-up for collections with customer.
• Preparation & submission of Monthly Book Debt & Stock Statements to the Bank.
• Preparation of Cash Flow Statements.
• Timely ensuring closure of any Import & Export obligations compliances with Bank.
• Must be open and willing to handle any given assignments in the interest of the Company.

Required Skills

• Must possess excellent communication skills Written & Verbal

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi

Other mandatory skills

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• ERP

35 Years (30-35)

5 Years in the same given professional domain

Compensation range

INR. 5,00,000 – 6,00,000 PA
