Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recording and organizing invoices and financial documents.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting records.
- Help maintain petty cash records and expense files.
- Assist in posting daily sales and bank deposit entries.
- Support account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Download and organize daily financial reports.
- Maintain accurate filing of finance-related documents.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
