The Finance Manager will oversee and consolidate the financial operations of the holding company and its subsidiaries across multiple industries. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management while supporting group-level decision-making, capital allocation, and investment planning.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting and financial control expertise with strategic insight and group-level consolidation experience across diversified sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Group Financial Management & Consolidation

  • Manage and consolidate financial statements for the holding company and all subsidiaries (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and group accounting policies across all entities.
  • Supervise intercompany transactions, eliminations, and transfer pricing compliance.
  • Monitor working capital across subsidiaries and optimize group cash flow and liquidity.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process for all business units.
  • Develop consolidated group budgets and scenario analyses for management and board review.
  • Track actual performance vs. budget; analyze key variances and recommend corrective measures.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Prepare detailed financial models, sensitivity analyses, and investment appraisals for new projects and acquisitions.
  • Provide management with insights into group profitability, sectoral performance, and ROI.
  • Support board presentations with financial dashboards, KPIs, and trend analyses.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

  • Oversee daily cash management and intercompany fund transfers.
  • Manage banking relationships, facilities, and loan covenants.
  • Forecast liquidity requirements and optimize group capital structure.

Governance, Controls & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain robust internal control systems across subsidiaries.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax obligations in each operating jurisdiction.
  • Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities as needed.

Strategic Projects & M&A

  • Support due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation for acquisitions, divestments, or joint ventures.
  • Integrate newly acquired entities into the group reporting structure.
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions and long-term financial policy development.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise finance officers and accountants across group entities.
  • Develop standardized financial processes, reporting formats, and ERP systems integration.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance cross-entity financial discipline and transparency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
