We’re Hiring: Accounts & Finance Manager

Are you an experienced finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a skilled Accounts & Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and finance functions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting & cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws and corporate policies
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll & reconciliations
• Manage audits and liaise with banks & external partners
• Implement strong internal controls and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CA, or equivalent
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting & financial management
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards
• Experience with accounting/ERP software (QuickBooks, SAP, ERP systems)
• Strong analytical, communication & leadership skills
