Accounts & Finance Manager

Role Overview:

The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and compliance, while supporting strategic decision-making and leading the finance team. This role ensures strong financial governance, efficient operations, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights and variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage cash flow to maintain sufficient operational liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), internal controls, and coordinate external audits.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee financial systems/ERP tools and ensure optimal utilization.
• Support long-term financial strategy, investments, and growth planning.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (Master’s/CPA/CFA preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in financial management
• Strong financial reporting, analysis, and modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and ERP systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
