About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance professional to manage the end-to-end financial operations of Fx Retina. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with accounting, billing, compliance, and financial reporting, and should be comfortable working in a fast-growing digital marketing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
• Handle client invoicing, billing cycles, follow-ups, and payment tracking
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare monthly P&L statements, cash flow reports, and MIS reports
• Handle GST compliance (returns, reconciliation, filings)
• Coordinate with CA for TDS, GST, income tax, and annual filings
• Track company expenses, budgets, and profitability
• Maintain salary records, incentives, reimbursements, and payroll coordination
• Ensure proper documentation and audit-ready financial records
• Support management with financial insights for decision-making

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar tools
• Good understanding of cash flow management and MIS reporting
• Comfortable handling multiple clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Candidates currently working will be preferred
