Job Description: Finance Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Chit Fund business. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience managing chit fund schemes. Preference will be given to candidates who are qualified Chartered Accountants.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for chit fund operations.
• Monitor member contributions, disbursements, and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Ensure full compliance with Chit Fund Act, RBI guidelines, and state-level regulations.
• Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, and audit documentation.
• Design and implement internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure financial integrity.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and risk management.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely closure of books.

Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; alternatively, a Master’s in Finance or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial management, ideally in chit funds, NBFCs, or similar financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of chit fund operations, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience managing multi-branch financial operations.
• Familiarity with digital payment systems and member portals.
• Certification in financial risk management or auditing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
