Accounts & Finance Manager

As part of our finance leadership team, your contributions will directly impact the financial health, cost efficiency, and project profitability of the organization. We expect you to demonstrate:

1. P&L Ownership

o Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and full ownership of departmental P&L, contributing to overall business profitability.

2. Project Profitability Focus

o Proactively track, analyze, and report the profitability of ongoing and completed projects, identifying risks and areas for margin improvement.

3. Target Orientation

o Establish and achieve monthly financial goals related to reporting accuracy, cash flow management, audit timelines, and cost-saving initiatives.

4. Process Orientation

o Strengthen ERP usage for finance operations and drive improvements in workflows for auditing, reporting, procurement, and payroll.

5. Transparency

o Provide daily, weekly, and monthly financial visibility through structured reporting and dashboard summaries.

6. Cross-Functional Partnership

Collaborate with procurement, operations, design, and project teams to audit costs, prevent leakages, and strengthen controls.

Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Auditor and Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

1. Own and maintain full-spectrum P&L reports, ensuring real-time accuracy in ERP and alignment with company goals.

2. Conduct internal financial audits across departments to identify errors, non-compliance, and cost inefficiencies.

3. Prepare project-level profitability reports, analyzing direct and indirect costs, and recommend cost optimization strategies.

4. Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliation, and monthly closings through the ERP system.

5. Lead payroll processing through ERP, ensuring WPS compliance and timely handling of salaries, allowances, overtime, and end-of-service benefits.

6. Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and staff queries in a timely and professional manner.

7. File VAT returns and ensure end-to-end compliance with UAE tax and labor regulations.
