Accounts & Finance Manager

A leading steel pipe manufacturing company based in Faisalabad is looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting, finance, taxation, and treasury functions of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and working capital requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, and fixed assets management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, corporate regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost controls.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial efficiency.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management for cost reduction and profitability enhancement.
• Supervise and develop the accounts and finance team.

Requirements:

• MBA (Finance) / ACCA / CMA/ M.Com (bachelors with strong experience can also be conidered).
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, costing, and cash flow management.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Pakistani tax regulations, corporate compliance, and Audit requirements.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing costing and inventory management will be preferred.

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
