Education:

  • BS Accounting & Finance
  • BBA
  • MBA/MS Accounting & Finance

Experience:

  • 2-3 Years (Bachelor’s Degree)
  • 1-2 Years (Master’s Degree)

Responsibilities:

  • Verify all vouchers posting on daily basis.
  • Verify vouchers and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain updated cash and bank ledgers for accurate financial tracking.
  • Prepare the tax related data on monthly basis for submission to FBR.
  • Assist seniors in financial reporting as and when required.
  • Funds disbursement to regional offices, operations team and head office on as and when required basis.
  • Assist in monitoring monthly budgets of all projects.
  • Assist seniors in verification of monthly payroll.
  • Supervision of Cash locker and ensuring cash payments.
  • HMIS verification of PRF, PO, & verification of invoices.
  • Assist in overall operation of Accounts & Finance department.
  • Any other duty assigned by the management from time to time.

Skills Required:

  • QuickBooks (Intermediate to Advanced)
  • MS Office (In-depth Knowledge of Accounting concepts)
