Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts / Finance Officer (Female Preferred) to support the day-to-day financial operations of 3A Pakistan. Working closely with the Accounts Manager, you will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth accounts operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a young finance professional looking to build a strong foundation in FMCG accounts and grow within a fast-scaling company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger records
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support accounts receivable operations — invoicing, follow-ups, and reconciliations
  • Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  • Help prepare financial summaries, MIS reports, and supporting schedules for management
  • Support tax filing activities including sales tax returns, withholding tax statements, and FBR compliance under supervision
  • Maintain and organize financial documentation and records for audit readiness
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams on billing, collections, and payment matters
  • Perform any additional accounts and finance tasks as directed by the Accounts Manager

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an accounts or finance role
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce BS Accounting & Finance, MBA (Finance), or ACCA is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Pakistani tax regulations (sales tax, withholding tax)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good communication and coordination skills
