Account General Manager (Account GM) Key Responsibilities Account Ownership & Growth Own P&L for assigned accounts, including revenue, margin, and cost control Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals and company objectives Client Relationship Management Serve as the senior point of contact for key stakeholders Build trusted, long-term executive relationships Lead QBRs, roadmap discussions, and contract renewals Delivery & Operations Ensure high-quality delivery of products/services across all engagements Partner with delivery, product, and operations teams to meet SLAs and KPIs Proactively manage risks, escalations, and client issues Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor account teams (sales, delivery, account managers) Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution Act as the voice of the customer internally Commercial & Contract Management Oversee pricing, contracts, renewals, and negotiations Ensure compliance with contractual obligations Forecast revenue and provide accurate reporting to leadership Qualifications 8–15+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or client-facing leadership roles Proven experience owning large enterprise or strategic accounts Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred Key Skills Strategic account planning Client relationship leadership Financial & P&L management Negotiation and influence Problem-solving and decision-making
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
