Accounts Head - Automobile dealership

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to lead and manage the finance and accounting function for our automobile operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial controls within a manufacturing/automobile setup.

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and finalization of accounts
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Manage statutory compliances including GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and audits
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Implement and monitor financial controls and accounting policies
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Support management with financial insights and decision-making

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with GST and direct taxation
• Experience in automobile or manufacturing industry preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Qualification & Experience:

• CA (Appeared) or equivalent professional qualification
• 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile/manufacturing sector
• Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is essential

Compensation:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
