Accounts & HR Assistant

Mr. Fix LLC is a professional building maintenance service company in Dubai, providing residential and commercial maintenance services across Dubai. We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Accounts Assistant to support our daily accounting and collections records.

Key Responsibilities

  • In charge of recording and reconciliation of all applicable monthly taxes and responsible for timely submit monthly tax declaration form to applicable authorities.
  • Assists with the preparation and filing of annual Corporate Income Tax return and coordinate with external parties to make sure all required deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accounting data in the systems.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and operations staff regarding job records and collections.
  • Prepare and submit quotations and invoices through client portals.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting and collection documents.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
  • Prepare VAT returns and ensure timely filing through the FTA portal.
  • Maintain and update employee records, Attendance and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Track employee Attendance, Leaves, and Performance-related records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (Preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience (UAE experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of VAT and UAE regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software is added advantage (Tally / Zoho).
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Immediate availability preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
