Job Description
- Maintain and update daily accounting records (journal entries, ledgers, petty cash, etc.)
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review
- Handle accounts receivable and payable; follow up on payments from clients
- Manage bank reconciliations and coordinate with banks on transactions
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the annual audit process
- Support budgeting and cost control activities for projects and operations
- Manage payroll processing in coordination with HR
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar Accounts & HR role (preferably in construction, manufacturing, or model-making industry)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and visa procedures
- Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of VAT and UAE accounting standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
