Job Description

  • Maintain and update daily accounting records (journal entries, ledgers, petty cash, etc.)
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable; follow up on payments from clients
  • Manage bank reconciliations and coordinate with banks on transactions
  • Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
  • Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the annual audit process
  • Support budgeting and cost control activities for projects and operations
  • Manage payroll processing in coordination with HR
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar Accounts & HR role (preferably in construction, manufacturing, or model-making industry)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and visa procedures
  • Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of VAT and UAE accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
