Job Description: Accounts & HR Executive (Odoo-Based)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–5 years (Manufacturing / MSME preferred)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (HR/Finance) / Equivalent
Role Overview
The Accounts & HR Executive will manage day-to-day accounting and HR operations using Odoo, including payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment coordination, and employee records. The role ensures smooth financial and people operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance (Odoo)
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Odoo Accounting
- Manage customer invoicing, vendor bills, and expense entries
- Handle bank reconciliation in Odoo
- Track receivables, payables, and payment follow-ups
- Support GST, TDS filings (coordination with CA)
- Generate monthly financial reports from Odoo
HR & Payroll (Odoo)
- Maintain employee records in Odoo HR
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll processing
- Generate salary slips and payroll reports
- Handle onboarding, exit formalities, and HR documentation
- Address basic employee HR queries
Recruitment & Coordination
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews
- Maintain recruitment tracker and follow-ups
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR letters
Compliance & Administration
- Maintain PF, ESI, and statutory registers
- Coordinate with CA, auditor, and consultants
- Ensure HR and accounts data accuracy in Odoo
- Support audits and internal reviews
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting & HR modules
- Working knowledge of GST, payroll, PF, ESI
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong documentation and follow-up ability
- Ability to handle dual role: Accounts + HR
