Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter daily purchase, sales, expenses, and bank transactions in Zoho Books / Zoho Books Inventory.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
  • Support monthly and yearly closing activities including trial balance review, checking mismatches, and preparing basic reports.
  • Organize and maintain financial documents (invoices, receipts, payment proofs).
  • Coordinate with internal teams for missing documents or clarifications.
  • Assist in generating GST summaries, payment follow-ups, and basic MIS.
  • Learn and follow proper accounting standards and internal processes.

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts (debit–credit, ledger, reconciliation).
  • Familiarity with Zoho Books or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot optional).
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Hands-on experience in Zoho accounting software.
  • Real-world exposure to monthly and annual book closing.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements (GST, TDS basics).
  • Working inside a startup finance team.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
