Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily purchase, sales, expenses, and bank transactions in Zoho Books / Zoho Books Inventory.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Support monthly and yearly closing activities including trial balance review, checking mismatches, and preparing basic reports.
- Organize and maintain financial documents (invoices, receipts, payment proofs).
- Coordinate with internal teams for missing documents or clarifications.
- Assist in generating GST summaries, payment follow-ups, and basic MIS.
- Learn and follow proper accounting standards and internal processes.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts (debit–credit, ledger, reconciliation).
- Familiarity with Zoho Books or willingness to learn quickly.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot optional).
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
What You’ll Learn:

- Understanding of compliance requirements (GST, TDS basics).
