- Enter accounting and financial data into the company system accurately.
- Maintain and update invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Assist in filing and organizing financial documents.
- Verify data accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Support the accounts team in daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare basic reports in Excel as required.
- Assist with document scanning, photocopying, and record management.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Commerce/Accounting background is preferred.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
