Accounts Manager

Location: Sohna Road, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including reconciliation, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
• Handle TDS computation, deduction, deposit, and return filing (24Q, 26Q).
• Maintain compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Well versed with inventory accounting, inventory valuation etc.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare data for internal/external audits.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely invoicing and vendor payments.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GST laws, input tax credit, and reverse charge mechanism.
• In-depth understanding of TDS provisions under the Income Tax Act.
• Good understanding of Excel for MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• + if proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
