Accounts Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Finance Policies and Procedures
• Timely and accurate preparation of management and statutory reporting.
• Month-end reconciliations
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Cashflow Management
• Cash-to-master
• Disbursement accounts
• Intercompany transactions
• Management of a team of 2-3 Accounts Executives, one of which will be based in Singapore.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Skills

• Qualified accountant
• 5 years or more experience
• Ships Agency experience
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Able to manage a team in different locations
