Role Summary

We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Manager who loves numbers and has hands-on experience with Zoho Books. You’ll keep our financial operations running smoothly, lead a small team, and help management make informed decisions with clear, accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books: AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Lead and support the accounts team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing, preparing neat and accurate financial statements.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings are done correctly and on time.
• Maintain proper records and assist during audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Streamline processes and help the team work smarter in Zoho Books.

Qualification and Skills

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance; CA Inter / CMA Inter is a plus.
• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in Zoho Books.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
