Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate must have 6+ year of proven experience in the construction industry in the UAE, with a strong understanding of project cycles, client management, and market dynamics within the local construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key client accounts within the construction sector
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely communication
• Understand client requirements, project timelines, and deliverables
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for new and existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, operations) to ensure project success
• Track project progress, address issues, and follow up on client feedback
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within the UAE construction market
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and account performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Mandatory: Prior experience in the UAE construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations in construction
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction workflows, materials, contractors, and market practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Preferred Skills

• Established network within the UAE construction sector
• Experience managing large accounts or EPC/contracting clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
