Account Manager duties and responsibilities

  • Client relationship management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, build strong relationships, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication.
  • Sales and growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities like upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, and develop strategies to expand account revenue.
  • Client support and issue resolution: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services, resolve client issues, and handle escalations.
  • Strategic planning and reporting: Develop and implement strategic account plans, prepare and deliver account reviews, and track key metrics to improve results.
  • Contract and renewal management: Manage contract renewals and negotiate agreements to secure long-term business.
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to align on account strategies and achieve client goals.

Accounting Manager duties and responsibilities

  • Financial oversight: Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.
  • Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.
  • Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Compliance and auditing: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards, and lead internal audits.
  • Team supervision: Supervise, train, and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
