Accounts Manager

· NHB Returns – Regulatory returns, Refinance returns, HFR & Residex returns, NHB Inspection data ,

Rating data & any other adhoc data

· ADF - (Data preparation, Co-ordination with Credit / IT)

· Regulatory Return filings as per NHB Master Direction on Returns (Schedule I, II, IV,V, weekly LCR HFR, Residex etc.)

· Branch Master maintenance as per NHB Reporting

· Preparation of data for NHB inspection

· Sharing data to Treasury/ Investors/ Rating Agency

· Preparation and submission of Loan related Data to Rating agency

· Hypothecation working / End Use - monthly statement

· Supporting working for NHB returns / internal MIS

· Exception checking / Co-ordination with Credit for Biz parameters (Property value, link loan, area etc.)

· Monthly Capital adequacy working

· Co-ordination with IT & related function for developing reports / improving processes

· Revaluation of NPA Data - Data maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
