Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations: Oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and forecast financial performance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and coordinate audits.
- Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and procurement teams to align financial planning with operational needs.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor receivables, payables, and maintain healthy cash flow for smooth operations.
- Vendor & Customer Accounts: Manage reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in dealer/vendor/customer accounts.
- ERP/Software Handling: Utilize accounting software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) for efficient record keeping.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Professional certifications (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross‑functional departments.
