Job Description – Accounts Manager

Salary: 40,000-60,000.

Role Summary:

We need an experienced Accounts Manager who can handle the full accounts department and take care of all accounting work, GST/TDS filing, and daily financial activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting work.
• Supervise the accounts team and guide them.
• Finalise accounts and prepare monthly and yearly reports.
• File GST returns, TDS returns, and other government compliances on time.
• Do bank reconciliation, vendor payment follow-up, customer outstanding follow-up, etc.
• Maintain proper records in Tally Prime.
• Coordinate with auditors during audit time.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expenses.
• Prepare MIS reports for management.

Skills & Qualifications Needed:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance.
• 5–10 years of work experience in accounts.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Tally Prime.
• Good in MS Excel.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing company.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
