Accounts Manager

**Responsibilities:

**  Taxation & Compliance: Manage all tax-related activities, including timely filing of tax returns, GST & TDS compliance, and ensuring adherence to all legal requirements.
 Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize the company’s cash flow to ensure smooth operations and identify investment opportunities.
 Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure appropriate internal controls and financial procedures are in place.
 Cost Control: Analyze costs and expenses, offering recommendations for cost optimization while maintaining profitability.
 Finalisation of Accounts: Oversee the preparation and finalisation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards.
 Litigation & Representation: Handle financial and tax-related litigation matters, liaise with auditors and legal authorities, and represent the company before regulatory bodies when required.
 Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

**Candidate Expectations:**

 Advanced Financial Knowledge: - Mandatory skill set - Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Office (particularly Excel). –
 Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in managing finance teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
 Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in preparing and reviewing financial reports.
 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
 Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and solve complex financial issues.
 Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, draw insights, and provide strategic recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
