Job Scope :T he Accounts Manager is accountable for researching and identifying new opportunities to grow, develop business and propose new potential deals while leading on projects from introduction to implementation. S/He studies financial impacts, reviews the organization positioning, analyzes market trends and forges strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Technical and Operations
· Prepare financial simulations to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential client ;
· Draft agreements with potential partners ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
· Provide after-sales support on a regular basis;
Talent Development
- Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
- Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;
· conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.
