- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of real estate projects.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage vendor payments, client invoicing, and collections.
- Track rent payments, lease income, and brokerage commissions.
- Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and tax filings.
- Project Costing & Budgeting
- Track construction and development costs.
- Allocate budgets for new and ongoing real estate projects.
- Liaison & Coordination
- Work closely with sales, legal, and project teams to align financial goals.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loans and funding.
Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; CA or MBA (Finance) is often preferred.
- Experience: 2–10 years in real estate accounting or finance roles.
- Software Proficiency: Tally, SAP, Microsoft Excel,
- Knowledge Areas: Real estate laws, RERA compliance, Ind AS standards, and lease accounting.
