1. Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account matters
3. Prepare and present account reports, financial summaries, and performance updates
4. Ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
5. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
6. Resolve client queries, complaints, and discrepancies in a timely manner
7. Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams to meet client needs
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and contractual terms
9. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for key accounts
10. Maintain accurate account records and documentation
