Designation: Accounts Manager
** Preferably MALE candidates **

Job Location : Vasai

Key Responsibilities:

l Lead and manage the entire accounts team (2–6 members).

l Supervise day-to-day financial operations including Sales, Purchase, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Vouchers, and General Ledger.

l Review and ensure accurate accounting in Tally ERP.

l Oversee and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

l Finalization of Books of Accounts, P&L Statement, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.

l Lead internal & statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.

l Monitor cash flow, budgeting, fund allocation, and financial forecasting.

l Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable and ensure timely client collections.

l Guide the team in preparing GST Returns (GSTR1, 3B, 9, 9C), TDS Returns, and reconciliations.

l Vendor and client account reconciliation and management.

l Generate and present MIS reports to management.

l Liaison with CA firms, banks, vendors, and government authorities.

Requirements:

l B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.

l 8–15 years of experience in Accounting & Finance with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

l Hands-on expertise in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting practices.

l Strong leadership, decision-making, and team development skills.

l Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
