Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting: AP/AR, GL & payroll

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP)

Month-end closing, bank & balance sheet reconciliations

Prepare financial statements & cash flow analysis

Implement internal controls and support audits

Coordinate with finance, operations & HR teams

Lead, train & manage accounting team

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of accrual accounting & revenue recognition

Advanced Excel (mandatory)

Accounting software: Tally / Busy / ERP

Taxation: GST, Income Tax (TDS & TCS)

Automobile industry experience preferred
