Accounts Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Accounts Manager with strong hands-on exposure in both UAE and KSA accounting environments. The candidate must be capable of managing complete finance operations end-to-end, including finalization of accounts, cash flow management, budgeting, and statutory compliance in both countries. Experience in VAT (UAE & KSA), Zakat (KSA), and multi-country reporting is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finalization

• Manage complete end-to-end accounting, including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements up to finalization
• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit requirements

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts
• Manage bank accounts, payments, LC/guarantees, and banking relationships
• Control working capital and ensure optimal fund utilization
• Monitor receivables, payables, and aging analysis

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Analyze budget vs actual performance and provide variance reports
• Support management with financial planning and cost control

Compliance & Taxation (KSA)

• Ensure compliance with KSA VAT, Zakat & Corporate Tax regulations
• Prepare and file VAT returns, Zakat computations, and statutory reports
• Liaise with ZATCA and handle assessments, audits, and clarifications

Reporting & Management Support

• Prepare MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making
• Support project costing, profitability analysis, and risk assessment

Team & Process Management

• Lead and supervise the accounts team
• Improve accounting systems, internal controls, and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including minimum 4–5 years in KSA
• Strong knowledge of KSA VAT, Zakat, and local compliance
• Hands-on experience in finalization, cash flow, and budgeting
• Proficient in Tally
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Construction or project-based accounting experience
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong coordination with banks, auditors, and tax authorities
