About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage our company’s financial operations from our Shahdara facility. The role involves daily management reporting, cash flow planning, bank account management, and ensuring accuracy in both SAP Business One (Finance Module) and manual bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Management & Reporting
- Prepare daily management reports covering cash flow position, bank balances, receivables, payables, and financial summaries.
- Maintain and share daily cash flow statements showing actual and forecasted inflows/outflows.
- Provide management with real-time financial insights for decision-making.
2. Banking & Cash Flow Management
- Manage and reconcile multiple bank accounts on a daily basis.
- Oversee bank transactions, credit facilities, and loan repayments.
- Liaise with banks for LCs, guarantees, and other financial facilities.
- Ensure funds are allocated efficiently to meet operational and procurement needs.
3. ERP & Manual Bookkeeping
- Enter, review, and approve all financial transactions in SAP Business One (Finance Module), including AP, AR, GL, banking, and cost accounting.
- Maintain parallel manual books of accounts to ensure double-check accuracy and serve as a backup.
- Cross-check ERP and manual entries to avoid discrepancies.
4. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Oversee timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue receivables.
5. Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely filing of sales tax, withholding tax, and income tax returns.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors for audits, assessments, and compliance matters.
6. Internal Controls & Audit
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls over cash, bank, and financial records.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Address audit observations and improve processes where necessary.
7. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with procurement, store, and operations departments to ensure accurate cost recording and payment scheduling.
- Supervise and train junior accounts staff to maintain quality and accuracy.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master’s, ACCA, CA, or ICMA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Mandatory: Hands-on expertise in SAP Business One (Finance Module).
- Strong ability to maintain manual accounting ledgers alongside ERP records.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and daily financial reporting.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- High accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.
- Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to commute daily to Shahdara.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle confidential financial information responsibly.

- Accuracy and timeliness of daily management reports.
- Effective cash flow and bank account management.
- Zero or minimal discrepancies between SAP and manual ledgers.
- Compliance with all statutory filing deadlines.
