Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, finance, GST and TDS compliance, and proven experience in leading and managing an accounts team. This role requires accuracy, compliance, leadership, and strategic financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the organization.

Oversee preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure timely GST filing, returns, reconciliations (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B), and compliance with GST laws.

Handle TDS calculations, deductions, filing of returns.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.

Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and fund management.

Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for management review.

Lead, guide, and manage the accounts team; ensure task allocation and timely completion.

Implement and improve accounting processes, controls, and systems for efficiency and accuracy.

Handle year-end closing, audit support, and tax assessments.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Finance, GST, and TDS.

Hands-on experience in GST & TDS filing and returns.

Expertise in accounting software (Tally / ERP systems).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance orientation.

Good communication and coordination skills..

Compensation

Salary: Best in the industry (No bar for the right candidate)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
