Accounts Manager

Chartered Accountant (CA / CA Appeared)
DALAL GRUH INFRA PROJECTS (DGIP) is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented finance professional to join our growing real estate organization.
Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Qualification: CA Completed / CA Appeared (Preferred)
Experience: 5–10 years (Real Estate sector preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations

• Manage end-to-end accounting (AP/AR, ledgers, reconciliations)
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statements
• Project-level accounting & cost tracking

Taxation & Compliance

• GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
• Timely filing of monthly/quarterly returns
• Coordination with auditors & compliance with RERA and company law

Budgeting, Forecasting & FP&A

• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
• Track variances and project cash flows
• MIS reports, dashboards & management insights

Banking & Fund Management

• Liaison with banks for loans and project finance
• Manage working capital & repayment schedules

Internal Controls & Team Support

• Strengthen accounting processes and controls
• Guide and review work of junior team members
