Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and reporting
- Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.)
- Coordinate audits – internal, statutory, and tax audits
- Maintain proper documentation and financial controls
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor expenses and cost control measures
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide the accounts team
- Allocate work and monitor performance
- Ensure timely completion of financial tasks
- Reporting & MIS
- Prepare management reports and financial dashboards
- Analyze financial performance and profitability
- Support strategic financial decision-making
- Vendor & Banking Coordination
- Manage vendor payments and reconciliations
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions
- Monitor receivables and payables
