Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage financial tracking and project data reporting at our India office.
This role is responsible for ensuring proper tracking of fund usage, preparing financial reports, maintaining project data dashboards, and supporting audit-ready documentation. The candidate will work closely with our India and Canada teams.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Responsibilities:
- Track project-wise fund allocation and expenses
- Prepare monthly Budget vs Actual reports
- Maintain proper records of vendor payments
- Assist in audit documentation and compliance
- Monitor restricted and unrestricted fund usage
- Identify discrepancies and report issues proactively
Program Data Responsibilities:
- Maintain project data and KPI tracking sheets
- Track beneficiaries and program outputs
- Prepare monthly project summary reports
- Ensure data is organized and updated across systems
- Coordinate with field teams to collect required information
Systems & Reporting:
- Create structured Excel reports and tracking tools
- Improve internal documentation processes
- Support grant and donor reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel skills (advanced level preferred)
- Experience with Tally or similar accounting software
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
