Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our accounting team by example. You will work hand in hand with your team members, guiding and supporting them while ensuring timely and accurate completion of all assignments. You will also coordinate directly with clients, addressing their queries, providing clarifications, and instilling confidence in our services. Immediate joining is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and work alongside the accounting team on audit support, bookkeeping, VAT, and CT tasks.
• Assign, review, and sign off on work, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing reassurance.
• Ensure all work complies with IFRS, UAE FTA regulations, and applicable laws.
• Mentor and motivate team members to maintain a productive and collaborative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
• Proven experience in UAE VAT and Corporate Tax (CT).
• Knowledgeable on audit support, bookkeeping, and accounting compliance under IFRS/UAE laws.
• Hands-on leadership skills, able to lead by example.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to instill confidence in clients.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet strict deadlines.
