Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting and financial operations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost control and profitability improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
  • Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Support senior management with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Lead and supervise the accounting team and ensure efficient workflow within the department.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor financial performance against targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • at least 2 years experience as an Accounts Manager, Financial Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Experience with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
