Job Overview

Our client, a well-established trading company, is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, taxation compliance, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and file Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, and Income Tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage customer invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor organizational cash flow and liquidity requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls.

Requirements

Education

• B.Com (Required)
• ACMA (Preferred)

Experience

• Proven experience in accounting, finance, and taxation.
• Experience in trading or consumer goods sector will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Pakistani tax laws and regulatory requirements.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
