Job Title: Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting function and managing all financial operations of the company. This role will serve as the Accounts Manager and will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and accounting standards.
• Supervise and support the accounting team.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses for senior management.
• Monitor project costs, revenues, and profitability for construction projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a construction company in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and UAE regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction project accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent will be an advantage.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
