Role Description This is a full-time role for an Account Specialist based on-site in Islamabad. The Account Specialist will manage and maintain client accounts, handle financial transactions, and provide exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include analyzing data, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring the timely resolution of any account-related issues. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to uphold client satisfaction and project efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and solve account-related challenges. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in finance and account management to oversee client transactions and budgets. Experience in customer service and an ability to build and maintain client relationships. Familiarity with civil engineering or construction project management is a plus. Manage overall accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor project-wise budgets, costing, and expense control Coordinate with project sites for daily progress reports and financial updates Ensure proper recording and verification of site expenses and material costs Handle contractor, subcontractor, and vendor payments and reconciliations Ensure compliance with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, and other statutory regulations Maintain strong knowledge of SHMA requirements and related financial/legal documentation Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial projections Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities Support management in financial planning and strategic decision-making Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
