Accounts Manager (Female)

Location: XX Block, Phase 3, DHA, Lahore, Pakistan

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, and support management with timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting software, financial management, and reporting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
  • Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Maintain general ledger entries and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Coordinate with management regarding financial performance and operational updates.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho and QuickBooks.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international clients or organizations.
  • Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial controls.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
