Our reputation is built on precision, creativity, and client satisfaction. We are now seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Accounts Manager will oversee all financial and accounting activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, UAE VAT regulations, project costing, and financial management within the construction/fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and project cost summaries.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Monitor and control project-related expenditures, cost allocations, and client billing.
• Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.
• Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and internal controls.
• Support senior management with financial planning, reporting, and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, ideally within the fit-out, construction, or contracting industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
