Accounts Manager (Must have experience in Tax)

Job Title: Accounts Manager (Immediate Joiner will be preferred)
Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Accounts to lead our finance and accounting operations at our office in Gulberg III, Lahore. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Odoo ERP, a solid background in financial management, and prior experience working in a renowned company. This is a leadership role requiring a hands-on approach to managing accounts, audits, budgeting, and compliance. Minimum of 10 years experience required.

Key Responsibilities:
(Must have Experience in Tax)

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budgets.
• Manage audits (internal and external) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and manage company cash flows, payments, and banking operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide the accounts team for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and optimize financial systems, especially Odoo ERP.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Must have Experience in Tax
• Age 35+
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification: CA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in a renowned or well-reputed company is required.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Pakistani tax laws and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
