About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager / Senior Accounts Executive to oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensure financial accuracy, and support budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets
• Handle GST, TDS filing, tax compliance, and statutory requirements
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, vendor payments, and invoicing
• Perform monthly reconciliation of ledgers, bank statements, and accounts
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit-related documentation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (bankers, auditors, vendors, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field (M.Com/MBA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP / ERP systems
• Expertise in GST, TDS, tax rules, and statutory compliance
• Advanced MS Excel skills (V-lookup, Pivot tables, formulas)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
