Accounts Manager/Assistant Manager (ACCA Or CA) Qualified

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with a minimum of six years of experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic financial planning.

Qualifications:

• MBA ACCA or CA must Professional education preferred in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Weekly Off:
One day off will be observed during the week, which will be on Saturday, while Sunday will be a working day.
