Job Title: Purchase & Store Executive

Industry: Plastic Manufacturing (Pipes & Water Tanks)

1. Production Data Management

Record and update daily production reports (shift-wise).

Monitor production targets vs. actual output.

Track machine running hours, downtime, wastage, and rejection percentage.

Maintain mould change records, material consumption, and batch reports.

2. Inventory & Material Tracking

Update raw material stock, WIP, and FG stock daily.

Track inward & outward materials (GRN, issue slips, consumption reports).

Coordinate with store team for stock reconciliation.

Prepare shortage reports for RM & packing materials.

3. Sales & Dispatch Reporting

Maintain dispatch data—vehicle details, invoice details, stock movement.

Track daily order status and pending orders.

Coordinate with sales team for planning dispatches.

4. Machine & Maintenance Reporting

Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.

Record breakdown data and coordinate reports with maintenance team.

Prepare monthly machine performance reports.

5. HR/Attendance MIS (Factory)

Update daily worker attendance (contract + company).

Generate manpower availability reports.

6. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain all unit MIS files and records.

Assist in ISO documentation related to production & quality records.

Support in audit documentation.

7. Data Analysis & Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management:

Production Summary

Inventory Summary

Dispatch Performance

Rejection/Wastage Report

Manpower Utilization Report

Present dashboards and analysis to management.

Skills Required

Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Advanced Formulas).

Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, BUSY, or any manufacturing ERP).

Good understanding of factory operations.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

Qualifications

Graduate in B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / Diploma / Any relevant field.

2–4 years of experience in manufacturing MIS (preferably plastic industry).

Knowledge of production & inventory processes is a plus.

Work Environment

Factory setting—must be comfortable working on shop floor.

May require coordination with multiple departments (production, QC, store, maintenance, HR).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
