WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts Receivable Management: Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
- Aging Report: Prepare periodic financial reports, such as aging reports, sales, Return and Payment analysis report, and AR metrics, to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Customer Interaction: Expertise in official communication with customers, sending payment reminders, following up on overdue accounts, and resolving payment queries
- Communication Skill and target: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Accounting Systems: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel for managing accounts and generating reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks etc.)
- Proven experience as an Accountant, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- The candidate should be confident in handling their work, allowing them to address financial matters effectively and engage professionally with customers.
- The candidate should maintain professionalism at all times and possess a positive, courteous attitude when dealing with clients and team members.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Market competitive salary will be offered.
